How GC Systems handles the details you send us. We collect very little, and we use it only to reply to you.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, your company (optional), your work email, your phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and your message.
We use these details to answer your enquiry and follow up on it. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not sell or share them for marketing.
You choose what to send. Only the details the form marks as required are needed for us to reply, and you can leave the optional ones out. Please do not put passwords or payment details in your message.
Who processes the form
This site is hosted on Netlify, and the contact form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.). Netlify acts as our hosting and form processor, so your submission passes through its systems before it reaches us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. After that, we delete them.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores only your theme preference (gc-theme) in your browser, and, for the current visit only, whether you paused animations. The language is chosen by the address of the page, so nothing is stored for it.
WhatsApp and email links
Some buttons open WhatsApp or your email app. Those are third-party services, and they handle your messages under their own privacy policies, not ours.
Ask us to delete your details
To see or delete what we hold about you, email kaushik@gcsystemsoman.com. We will reply and remove it.
