Service 03
Cloud infrastructure and migration for Omani businesses
Servers in a cupboard are expensive, hard to secure and impossible to grow. We move workloads to Azure, AWS or GCP in a way you can audit, and we tell you what it will cost every month before we start.
What we do
Migration, one workload at a time.
Migration
One workload at a time, with a rollback plan. Files, databases, mail and line-of-business apps, moved during hours that suit your operation.
Deployment
Repeatable, documented environments. Anyone competent can pick it up after us, which is how it should be.
Cost review
We read your bill line by line, right-size what is over-provisioned and switch off what nobody is using. Most first reviews find something.
Data residency
Region choices, backup locations and transfer paths written down, so when a regulator or a client asks where the data lives you have an answer.
Where each one tends to fit
| Cloud | Where it tends to fit |
|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Existing Microsoft 365 estates, Teams integration, identity already in Entra |
| Amazon Web Services | Broad service needs, custom platforms, mature scaling requirements |
| Google Cloud | Data and analytics workloads, container-first teams |
Cloud
From a server room to a bill you can read.
Watch a server cupboard turn into three cloud regions, and the monthly bill follow it down.
- 01Inventory first. We list every workload, who uses it and when, so the migration order follows your business calendar.
- 02Move one, prove it. The first workload moves with a rollback plan. We compare cost and performance before moving the next.
- 03Read the bill. Over-provisioned resources are right-sized and unused ones switched off.
- 04Write down where data lives. Regions, backups and transfer paths are documented, so the answer is on paper.
Illustrative figures. Your numbers come from your own bill.
How it works
How a migration runs.
Where it fits
Cloud for clinics, logistics and professional services.
- Clinics & healthcare
Records and booking, moved carefully
Move records and booking systems with residency decisions documented before go-live.
- Logistics & shipping
Retire the ageing file server
Retire an ageing file server and run tracking and document workloads in the cloud.
- Professional services
Mail and files with proper backups
Shift mail and shared files to a setup with proper backups and access control.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to move everything to the cloud at once?
No. We usually move one workload first, prove the cost and performance, then plan the rest around your business calendar.
How much will cloud cost us every month?
We tell you the expected monthly cost before we start, and the written scope includes the cost to run.
Should we choose Azure, AWS or Google Cloud?
It follows your situation. Azure usually wins if your licensing already sits with Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra identity); AWS for the widest service catalogue; Google Cloud for data-heavy analytics. We have no quota with any provider.
Where will our data actually be stored?
Wherever your obligations require. We choose regions with residency in mind, and document region, backup locations and transfer paths, including what leaves the country, before anything is deployed.
Can you review our current cloud bill?
Yes. We read the bill line by line, right-size over-provisioned resources and switch off what nobody uses. Most first reviews find something.
What if the migration goes wrong, or we want to change provider later?
We move one workload at a time with a rollback plan, in hours that suit your operation, and leave repeatable, documented environments so any competent engineer can take over.
Will there be downtime?
We schedule moves in hours that suit your operation and tell you the expected window before we start. Afterwards, the optional monthly retainer covers monitoring, patching and a rolling security review.

Thirty minutes on a call is usually enough to know.
