Wallet passes and Apple Pay: what is the difference?
Wallet passes are loyalty, membership and ID cards, not payments. A pass sits in the Wallet app and carries your customer's stamps, points or status. Apple Pay and Google Pay are a separate feature: they pay for things. A customer can hold both side by side, and a pass never needs to touch their payment details.

Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. We issue Google Wallet and Apple Wallet passes, and any Android phone or iPhone at the counter can act as the scanner.
Do we need to buy scanners or hardware?
No. Staff scan with a phone they already have.
Can we send offers or reminders to customers?
